1. The Privacy Policy is the implementation of the information policy towards the Customers of the website http://www.scaffoldinggrup.pl (‘Portal’) in all aspects of personal data processing and protection.
2. The administrator of the personal data of the Customers of the Portal is the owner and operator of the Portal – scaffoldinggrup.pl (‘Scaffolding Grup’) address: 2b Goździków Street, 40-748 Katowice.
3. Scafflding Group shall process the data provided by the Customers of the Parties only for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the proper functioning of the Portal, in particular to the extent necessary for registration, placing and performing orders and other services provided through the Portal, as specified in the Rules, as well as for issuing invoices, bills and financial reporting and pursuing claims.
4. Scafflding Group may process the following personal data of the Portal’s Customers necessary to establish, shape the content, change or terminate the legal relationship concerning the services provided electronically between them:
a) surname and first names of the Client;
b) the Client’s electronic addresses;
c) the Client’s telephone number
5. Scafflding Group also processes data obtained automatically (such as IP address, domain name, browser type, operating system type). This data, however, does not allow the data subject to be uniquely identified. The data obtained in connection with the analysis of server logs are used only for technical purposes related to the administration of the Portal and for website viewing statistics.
6. Scafflding Group may process the following data characterising the manner in which the Customer uses the services provided electronically (usage data):
a) identification markings of the Customer assigned on the basis of the data referred to in point 4;
b) signs identifying the telecommunication network termination point or ICT system used by the Customer;
c) information on the commencement, termination and scope of each use of services provided electronically;
d) information on the use of electronically provided services by the Customer.
7. Scafflding Group retains the personal data of the Customers of the Parties only for the period of time necessary to provide the services referred to in the Terms and Conditions, to provide improved and new services and to comply with the requirements of the applicable legislation. After this period, the Customers’ personal data are deleted from the systems.
8. The processing of personal data of the Parties’ Customers for purposes other than those indicated in the preceding sentences (such as marketing of the services provided by Scafflding Group or receiving commercial information) may only take place with the Customer’s consent and to the extent indicated in the said consent.
9. Provision of personal data is voluntary; however, it may be necessary in order to undertake relevant activities of the Portal prior to concluding an agreement, as well as to provide other services by electronic means referred to in the Terms and Conditions. The provision of other personal data (i.e. data that are not necessary for the provision of the service electronically) is not obligatory and is at the discretion of the Client to whom the data refers, and their processing by Scafflding Group is subject to the Client’s consent.
10. The Customer shall have the right to access the content of the data provided, to correct and supplement such data, as well as to demand at any time the cessation of their processing and their deletion by applying in writing to the address: ul. Goździków 2b, 40-748 Katowice, or by email to biuro@scaffoldinggroup.pl.
11. processing of the Customers’ personal data by Scafflding Group shall be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the law in force in this respect, in particular in accordance with the Act of 29 August 1997 on personal data protection (i.e. Journal of Laws 2014, item 1182 as amended) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on electronic service provision (i.e. Journal of Laws 2013, item 1422 as amended).
12. The Portal’s pages are equipped with adequate security measures meeting the requirements of the Polish law in order to protect the data left under the control of Scafflding Group from being accessed by unauthorised persons, taken by an unauthorised person, processed in violation of the Act and altered, lost, damaged or destroyed. Scafflding Group undertakes to protect all personal data and information disclosed by Portal Clients in accordance with security and confidentiality protection standards. The rights of access to the personal data of the Portal’s Clients have been strictly limited so that this information does not fall into the hands of unauthorised persons.
13. All information contained on the Website of the Portal is subject to copyright and may not be copied, distributed or otherwise used without written permission from Scafflding Group.
14. the Scafflding Group reserves the right to make changes to this privacy policy. Changes will be published on a regular basis with information about them.
